Michael Spears graduated from the Western University Law School and was called to the Bar in 1978. He has been certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation since 1994 and taught civil litigation at the Bar Admission Course for over eighteen years. He practises mainly in the area of condominium litigation.

In addition to acting for condominium corporations, Mr. Spears maintains a general litigation practice. Having enjoyed the benefits from a hip replacement, he is firmly committed to the work of the COF, particularly its objective of facilitating pain free movement. He welcomes the opportunity to make a contribution as a COF director in helping to achieve this objective.
